We parked in the free car park opposite the hotel. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful. The location for us was good as it was quiet but only a short walk along the river to the Basilica and the St Bernadette church. The weather when we arrived was bright and sunny but during the evening the wind picked up so the candlelight procession was held in the massive underground church which was an experience. We found the hotel clean and comfortable.

The size of the room was great, much better than last year, the staff and the breakfast were great. I had a very very early breakfast as I had to travel to catch a ferry this was no problem to the staff

Fantastic family-run Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean rooms and public area. Breakfast is good value - fresh croissants and bread. Hotel was very quiet and located south of the town, within short walking distance of both shops and attractions. Also handy on the south side for the funicular. Rooms are basic, functional but very comfortable, especially the beds. Would definitely stay here again if I need to visit.

Warm welcome from the friendly reception staff, who were very helpful whatever you asked of them! Nice quiet room with a small balcony and comfortable beds. Good bathroom facilities. Separate dinning area for individual travellers away from large groups - and a very helpful Chef! Private and secure garage parking area next to the Hotel. Good location, short direct walk to town and Sanctuary.

It's a family trip, we are 15pax in total including kids. They will find you a room close to each other. All the receptionists are kind and approachable,always smile. The place are clean, have a good breakfast and a nice mountain view on the side! The best thing happen is we supposed to check-out in the morning and we're planning to explore the place before our train departure at 10pm but they lend us 2 rooms to stay, rest a bit and leave our lagguage for free! Immagine how hard it is if we go around with those stuff plus with kids and all the souvenirs that we bought? Also we had a chance to refresh before leaving. It's not like a five star hotel but I can highly recomend the place. With the most calm area!

Very welcoming and helpful staff, nothing was too much much trouble for them. Location superb. Breakfast brilliant. Very early breakfast requested and was provided without any problem.

The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Room is very clean. Only some 15 mins on foot away from Sanctuary. Parking across the road is also available. Excellent location for visiting Lourdes Sanctuary and South of France.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very well maintained and clean. Location is away from the hustle and bustle; but only a ten minute walk to the shrine.

the area, in a very peaceful location. close to Lourdes attractions. the very friendly staff and management. the breakfast was super. we opted to have our dinners at the hotel. it is good value for money
